1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch strips 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup grapeseed oil 5 small potatoes, peeled and quartered 1 medium onion chopped 1 16 ounce package of fresh baby carrots 1 packet McCormick's Beef Stew Mix
In large baggie, add flour, salt, pepper and stew meat. Shake to coat meat. Heat grapeseed oil in large skillet on medium heat, add coated stew meat and stir until browned.
In 6 quart crock pot, add potatoes, onions, carrots and browned stew meat. Mix 1 packet McCormick's Beef Stew Mix with 1 cup of water and pour over stew.
Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 to 10 hours.
